Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shriji Agro Products Private Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with the finest quality tea products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.
  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
  • Photographic evidence of damage or issue is required for processing.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the same account used during the purchase.
  • For COD orders, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer as agreed.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you received a wrong or defective product, you may request a replacement by contacting our support team.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
