1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Shipping Locations

1.2 Shipping Time
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Remote areas may require additional time.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our tea products, we accept returns only under specific conditions:

2.1 Eligible Return Cases
  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
2.2 Conditions for Return
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) and photos of the product and packaging.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased under discount or promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).
  • Products returned after the 7-day window.

3. Return Process

  • Email us with your order number, reason for return, and attached photos.
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. For Distributors

  • Delivery timelines and logistics are governed by separate distribution agreements.
  • Returns must follow B2B terms as mentioned in the distributorship contract, and are not covered under this consumer return policy.
  • Damaged stock or short shipment claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
